Ligno Tepee & Drawer – natural wood, safe design, practical solutions.

The Ligno Tepee & Drawer children's bed is a solid and beautifully crafted piece of furniture made entirely from natural solid pine wood. Designed with the safety and comfort of young children in mind, it features rounded edges that minimize the risk of bumps and scratches. Its universal style makes it a perfect fit for both boys’ and girls’ rooms.

Thanks to the practical bottom drawer with space for a mattress, the Ligno Tepee & Drawer bed works perfectly as a single sleeping space, a guest bed, or a convenient sibling solution.

What’s Included

By choosing the Ligno Tepee & Drawer bed, you receive a complete set:
✅ upper bed frame with safety rails
✅ lower pull-out drawer with a sleeping function
✅ pine slats (lamellae) for both the main bed and the drawer

The gate shown in some photos is an optional add-on, not included in the standard set.

Material

All beds are handmade from premium first-class natural pine wood.
Solid wood is durable and resilient – our beds can support up to 200 kg of weight.

We do not use laminated wood, as it may crack over time, and the glues used in its production are not suitable for children's furniture.

All edges are rounded, milled, and sanded to ensure the bed is completely safe for everyday use.

Slats

The set includes a complete set of loose pine slats (lamellae).
Slats are included in the product price.

Bed Entry

You can choose one of three entry options: right (as shown in the photo), left, or center.
Note: Once the bed is made, it is not possible to change the entry side.

Dimensions

The selected bed size corresponds to the mattress size.

  • Total bed height: 60 cm (17 cm legs + 42 cm rails from the floor / 37 cm from slats)

  • Recommended mattress height: 17–22 cm

  • Slat thickness: 22 mm

  • External dimensions are 7.5 cm larger than the mattress size

  • Maximum load capacity: up to 200 kg (depending on size)

Bottom drawer height: 15 cm.
Recommended mattress height for drawer: up to 13 cm.

Finish Options

The bed can be finished with:

  • natural eco oil, which protects the wood from mold, moisture, and children's saliva (EN-71 certified)

  • safe paint for children’s furniture and toys (EN-71 certified)

  • or left unfinished – sanded raw wood, ready for painting by the buyer

Mattress

The mattress is not included in the set.
The bed is recommended for children aged 2 years and older.
