Returns
You can return any product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To do so, simply log in to your account and use our quick return system.
✅ Select the products to return
You can return all or only selected items from your order. The return period is 14 days.
📦 Provide shipment details
Review the information retrieved from your order and add any missing details – e.g. shipping method, packaging type, and dispatch date.
📮 Pack and send the parcel
Use the original or alternative packaging. Hand over the parcel to the courier or drop-off point. The items will be sent back to our store.

To meet the 14-day deadline, it is enough to send the return email or ship the return parcel within this period.
Returned items must be complete (with tags) and unused.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, we may be forced to send it back to you at your own cost.
💸 Refunds
We will refund your payment no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items.
The refund method will match your original payment method.
For partial returns, shipping fees are not refunded.
🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a paid order is not collected and returned to us, we will refund the order value minus the return shipping fee.
❗️Made-to-order items – no return❗️
According to Article 38, point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw does not apply to:
“goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”
This means that custom-made items (e.g. beds with non-standard dimensions, color choices, or special configurations) cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged.
📌 Similar regulations apply across the European Union, as per Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament.
Personalized products made to order are exempt from the right of withdrawal in the EU.
