⏳Order Processing Time
Every HolyMolyWood product is made to order — handcrafted, from solid wood, with attention to every detail 🪵❤️.
The standard production time is 14 to 21 business days and is specified on each product page.
🎄 During holidays or sales periods, production time may be slightly longer — but we always inform you in advance.
📦 Once production is complete, your order is carefully packed and handed over to the courier company.
Due to the large size of our parcels (beds), we only use courier services that ensure safe transport of oversized items 🚚
🚚 Delivery
All HolyMolyWood products are shipped via trusted courier companies (GLS, UPS) that ensure the safe transport of oversized packages.
Due to the size of our parcels (children’s beds), we do not ship orders to parcel lockers.
Each package is carefully secured for transport.
We use multi-layered, durable cardboard and bubble wrap to protect the furniture as much as possible from damage during delivery.
After the shipment is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time.
📦 Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is displayed in the cart and depends on the size of the product and the delivery address.
For custom orders (e.g., larger dimensions or multiple beds), the shipping cost may be determined individually.
We ship our products within Poland and throughout the European Union.
